Van Halen - Women and Children First
Released in 1980, Van Halen’s third studio album, Women and Children First is the first VH album that includes only original material and no covers. Songs include “And the Cradle Will Rock …” and “Everybody Wants Some!!” The album was recorded in Hollywood at Sunset Studios, just like the first two albums, and includes the only female backing vocal on a VH song (Nicolette Larson on “Could This Be Magic?” Album photography by Norman Seeff.
