I Got a Name is the 5th, and final, studio album by Jim Croce. Released after his death at age 30 on September 20, 1973, it was recorded just a week before the plane crash that took his life. Includes the songs, “I Got a Name”, “I’ll Have to Say I Love You in a Song” and “Salon and Saloon” (the last song Croce ever recorded). The album cover features a picture of Jim taken at his home in Lyndell, PA by Benno Friedman.
